Manufacturing Facilities
VCi manufacture MFC panels - cut, edged and drilled to customers’ specific requirements.

Housed within the manufacturing facility is more than £1.5m worth of specialist machinery together with both standard and bespoke stocks of board and edging materials.

VCi offer customers a flexible service with the ability to handle most projects from medium to high volume work, and from the simple to the more complex specifications.

The Machines
Saws
•Holzma HKL11 Angle Plant
•Selco CNC – for cutting more complicated patterns

Edgebanders
•Four double sided IMAs
•One single sided IMA

Ability for 0.4mm-3mm edging
Pre-milling for a quality finish

Drills
•Three Biesse Techno drilling machines – ideal for high volume work, simple specification

•Four Biesse ‘point to point’ machinery centres with routering capabilities – for more complex specifications of small/medium volume

• A Biesse Skipper - Added flexibility and speed of throughput on smaller panels

Ancillary Machines
